Services

Six practices, one Microsoft platform

We design, build, and run the Microsoft stack end to end — from the tenant your people work in to the data platform your decisions come from. Every engagement is staffed by consultants who have shipped the same thing before, and priced before it starts.

What we do

Capability, not category

Most problems land across two or three of these. We scope them together rather than selling you a project per practice.

Modern Work & Microsoft 365

Migrate, secure, and actually adopt Microsoft 365 — Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and Intune.

  • Tenant architecture and multi-geo configuration
  • Exchange, Google Workspace, and file-share migration
  • SharePoint and Teams information architecture
  • Intune device enrolment and compliance baselines

How we engage

Three ways to buy the work

The service is the same. What changes is how the risk, the commitment, and the invoice are shaped — pick the one that matches how the work actually arrives.

01

Fixed-scope project

A defined outcome with a defined end: a tenant migration, a landing zone, a Dynamics 365 go-live.

Suits you if

  • Board-approved budget that needs a number, not a range
  • A clear finish line and a date attached to it
  • Internal teams who will own the platform afterwards

How billing works

A short paid discovery produces a priced statement of work. Invoicing follows milestones you sign off, and change requests are quoted before any work starts — never absorbed silently into the burn rate.

02

Managed service retainer

Your Microsoft estate operated month to month by the same engineers who built it.

Suits you if

  • Platforms already live that nobody has time to run
  • Teams needing response-time commitments in writing
  • A steady improvement backlog rather than a big bang

How billing works

A monthly fee against an agreed hour band and response SLA, with a named lead engineer on your account. Unused hours roll forward one month, and the band is reviewed quarterly against what you actually consumed.

03

Embedded team

Named FrontierX consultants working inside your delivery process, your standups, your backlog.

Suits you if

  • Multi-quarter roadmaps that outlast a single project
  • Skills gaps you are hiring for but have not filled
  • Organisations that want capability transferred, not rented

How billing works

A monthly rate per named consultant on a three-month minimum, with four weeks' notice to change the team. You direct the work; we stay accountable for the engineering standard and the handover documentation.

Engagements move between models as they mature. A fixed-scope migration commonly ends in hypercare and rolls into a retainer; an embedded team often starts as a project that outgrew its brief. Changing model does not mean changing the people on your account.

Not sure which service you need?

Most conversations start with a problem, not a product. Tell us what is slow, expensive, or failing an audit, and we will tell you which of these actually fixes it — including when the answer is a configuration change rather than a project.
