What you will do
- Run process discovery workshops
- Configure Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service
- Model Dataverse entities and security roles
- Own user acceptance testing and go-live readiness

- 3+ years implementing Dynamics 365
- Dataverse modelling and security role design
- Comfort presenting to executive stakeholders
How we work in this team
Business Applications engagements run with small, senior teams. The consultant who scopes the work delivers it, which means you own your client relationship from discovery through hypercare. You will have a certification plan agreed with your practice lead, a protected learning day each month, and a personal lab environment to prototype in before anything reaches a client tenant.
We interview in four steps — an intro call, a technical conversation, a scenario session using an anonymised client situation, then a decision with specific feedback either way. No unpaid take-home projects.
