Careers
Do the work you can put your name on
We are a Microsoft Solutions Partner with small, senior teams and a short line between the person who scopes a project and the person who delivers it. If that is how you want to consult, we should talk.
Why work here
What we put behind the people doing the work
Consulting careers stall when learning stops and the client relationship belongs to someone else. These are the things we do about that.
A funded certification path
Every consultant agrees an annual certification plan with their practice lead. Exams, retakes, and study time are on the company, and prep happens in work hours rather than on your weekends.
Hybrid that is actually hybrid
Two anchor days in the office for design sessions and pairing, the rest wherever you work best. Client travel is planned in advance, never sprung on you the night before.
Senior people who make time
You are paired with a practice lead from week one — shadowing their client sessions, reviewing their architecture decisions, and getting yours reviewed in return.
Real client exposure, early
Our teams are small and senior, so you are in front of the client, not two layers behind a delivery manager. You will present your own work by your first engagement.
Learning days on the calendar
One protected day each month for deep work that is not billable: new Microsoft releases, internal tooling, conference talks, or the certification you are chasing.
Your own Azure lab
A personal Azure subscription and Microsoft 365 tenant to break things in, plus the licences to prototype properly before an idea reaches a client environment.
Open roles
4 positions open across our practices
Every role is a delivery role. You will be on client work, and you will own a piece of it.

Hiring process
Four steps, and you always know where you stand
No unpaid take-home projects, no eight-round loops. We aim to go from first call to decision inside three weeks.
- 30 minutes
Intro call
A conversation with the practice lead you would report to. What you have delivered, what you want next, and an honest description of the work here — including the parts that are hard.
- 60 minutes
Technical conversation
Two engineers, no whiteboard puzzles. We go deep on projects you have actually shipped and on the Microsoft platforms in your day-to-day, then hand you the same scrutiny in reverse.
- 90 minutes
Scenario session
An anonymised client situation from our own backlog. You get the brief in advance, you have access to us to ask questions, and we work through your approach together the way we would on a real engagement.
- Within a week
Offer and references
A decision either way, with specific feedback. If it is an offer, we walk you through level, scope, and the certification plan before you sign anything.
No open role that fits?
We hire ahead of demand when someone is clearly good. Send us a note about the Microsoft work you do best and the kind of engagement you want next — a practice lead reads every one and replies either way.
